A generic insulting noun, coined by Butt-Head of MTV's Beavis and Butt-Head who also gave us words like, "fartknocker", "buttknocker", "Cornholio", "TP", "bunghole" (the asshole, not a hole in a keg), etc

{Beavis}: What was that, Butt-Head?
{Butt-Head}: Oh just some bungknocker on TV, twirling these big dumb sticks, lighting them, twirling them again, and like setting himself on fire or something.

One of the dozens of slang terms used by Beavis and Butt-head. Buttknocker could refer to
a)A homosexual, as anal sex is the only form of intercourse for gay men, or
b)An erection in somebody's ass, referring to pulling out and then tapping and wiping the semen on said ass.

Beavis: Shut up, Butt-head! I'm gonna play drums on your nads with my foot!
Butt-head: I'd like to see you try, buttknocker!
Beavis: Don't call me that, Butt-head! (Beavis kicks Butt-head in the testicles)

2.) One who exists to knock on ass. Arguably an accusation of homosexuality.

A Bongknocker is an entity (human or animal) who would rather run through your bong, knocking it over, spilling the water and potentially breaking it, as apposed to walking around it respectfully and gracefully.
