A terrible human being who is known for literally throwing cats at walls. He got arrested 83 times for it. Although he should be in jail he somehow isn't.

Disco Braking 

The act of constantly placing your foot on and off the brake pedal whilst driving a motor vehicle. Commonly used by people who cannot drive or are lost. A sign of hesitant driving.

Disco braking can be influenced by the weather with an increase seen during periods of rain and snow.
