An action taken, motivated by the opportunity to impress and ultimately bone someone, most likely someone who plays hard to get.

Balto's bonivation to bang Jenna was so strong he embarked on a daring quest to guide the lost dogsled team carrying dyptherium medications through seracs and avalanche terrain.

Jenna was the bonivation for Balto to embarck on the dangerous quest to bring medicine to the sick children, including Jenna's owner, Rosie.
