Boob Flaps 

Boob Flaps: Noun; The nasty looking set of tits attached to a girls chest. They resemble beaver tails, deflated balloons, or elongated pancakes. They hang in a manner which is most unpleasant. They often have a large gap between them and they can sometimes be found on fat girls, or in national geographic.

Sam: "Were her tits nice?"
Adam: "No way man! She has boob flaps!"

What you think your coworker says is coming out of your blouse when he tries to inform you that the flap of your new boots are not staying down as they should.

Oh my gosh, I thought you said my boobflap was coming out. I was about to check my shirt!
