It doesn't really mean anything. It's just a random word to tell someone. If you want it to be a little weird or something you can say "boshkalay bong bong". It makes the encounter of the "NPCs" a little weirder.

What does it mean? Well, that's the trick, it doesn't mean. A lot of people try to make up their meaning for it but it doesn't mean anything, it's basically a word that doesn't exist. But it could have a meaning depending on the intention, or it could even be what you want it to be, whatever you desire or whatever your heart desires.
