A bonanminihoe is a small Italian girl (not unlike Snookie). She is usually over-tanned and therefor slightly orange in color. She may be dressed in a small dress or large t-shirt being worn as a dress, sometimes pants that are far too tight and sometimes no pants at all. Her manner is promiscuous and unsafe, men should avoid this black hole of a sex partner at all costs.
