Used when viewing a group of one or more attractive bitties implying that you have entered a city/haven of bitties.

Typically it is yelled or screamed at the bitties in a high pitched voice emphazising biTTY ciTY
Upon entering an AEPI party yell, “Bitty city!”

Walking down the street and two hot girls walk by, "Bitty City"

et cetera.

a mass group of fine looking women wanting to get laid. This can pretty well be associated with any city who has a large variety of good looking women. This can also be used as more of an adjective to describe a situation or location.
"the bar last night was bitty city!"
"check out that group of women its bitty city!"

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
