Someone who is a wimp that gives off the vibes that they would get battered by a bunch of hench people.
Alternatively, can be used as a verb as an alternative to 'batter'.

"Charlie, you are such a binglebash, actually go suck my toe"

It is the Definition of someone who comes two your party ;which has alcohal, and this person drinks most or all of the alcohal.
There are usally more BingeBags at parties with lots of alcohal, it is a common gathering area for them.
BingeBags are usally mingebags, or just alcoholics.
