Bokeholeyoh

Sexual act involving a circulatory exchange of feces and vomit. A "Sender" defecates into the mouth of their partner ( known as the "Receiver") causing involuntary regurgitation of feces / stomach contents back into the rectum of the "Sender". From the Lowland Scots / Hiberno English word "Boke" meaning to retch or actually throw up.

"Dave "The Dreamer" was kicked out of the local renaissance fair after he was caught playing Bokeholeyoh with a midget in one of the bathroom tents. What's worse than that is, I heard he was the receiver"
