A General Manager that yells out "oh Jiminy crickets", "God dammit fuck me", and "oh bollocks.". large disgruntled, unorthodox, confounded, belligerent, yells out and speaks with such heavy accent and lowly that you can't understand him.

Describing behavior or attitude exhibited by a black person interacting with law enforcement after he or she has been summarily executed for a misdeameanor. Otherwise known as being argumentative, panicked and/or exasperated.

Tyrone: Why the hell did you pull me over??
Police: Oh now you're just being belligerent!
Tyrone: Noo! Don't shoot me!

Police: Show me your ID please
DeShawn: Sure, let me grab my wall...
*gunshots*
Police (to reporters): DeShawn was being belligerent
