Writing articles to appeal to a political base with sensational headlines. Headlines about Christians being persecuted when they really aren't would be intended to anger the Conservative base. Breitbart, Fox News, Drudge Report are examples of Conservative sites that do this.

Conservative: OMG! Did you see the Fox News article about Christians being attacked for praying at the restaurant?
Me: Yeah. It is just basebaiting. They weren't attacked, they were ask to move because they were blocking a walkway.

An action where someone deliberately seduces or teases another person with the specific intention of causing them to masturbate, often without any further physical involvement.
