1. A neighborhood in South Arlington of 3,430 people as of the 2010 census. Plurality White but includes heavily Hispanic housing projects along Columbia Pike who form about 2/5 of the total. Largely boring, low-crime, consists mostly of single family homes other than the area directly next to Columbia Pike.
2. Lake Barcroft, a pretty lake in Fairfax County with very posh homes. Mostly surrounded by a city of the same name. Predominately White and wealthy.
3. One of several community centers in Arlington. Has a weight room and a gym.
4. Barcroft Elementary, a very bad elementary school according to its test scores.

Get the Taylor Barcroft mug.Originally spawned from a post in the reddit sub-community r/starcraft (user o_Oskar) as well as a post on TeamLiquid by primadog. Barcraft is the term for the new movement of showing professional Starcraft 2 matches in bars. This phenomenon popped up in the spring of 2011 in the US, with the start of the NASL. The first barcraft event was held at Chao Bistro in Seattle. There have subsequently been barcraft events in most major US cities as well as abroad in countries such as Canada and the UK. The Starcraft 2 events that are covered are typically MLG, GSL, NASL, or IPL. With its new found popularity bar owners have also started showing other games such as Marvel vs. Capcom, League of Legends, Heros of Newerth and Dota 2.
Guy #1: Hey dude do you want to go to chao bistro this weekend for some barcraft? MLG Orlando is being shown.
Guy #2: WTF is barcraft... and MLG? You mean like Starcraft 2?
Guy #1: Yeah man, bars all across the US have been showing Starcraft 2 tournaments. It is getting really popular. There was even an article in the Wallstreet journal about it.
Guy #2: Really?!?! That's awesome. Hell yeah I'm in!
