An "assmoist" is the driver that drives up the lane that is about to be closed by one of those large blinking traffic arrows and cuts in front of the courteous drivers that have been waiting forever.

(driver notices a car in his blind spot) "I've been waiting twenty minutes here... no WAY I'm letting this assmoist in..."

When you stay out way to late on a weeknight drinking tequila and you have the shits the next day at work. Usually a loud gassy shit that has your co-workers running like hell out of the bathroom...often has a stringy, mucous appearance while floating in the water...(similar to snot)

Assmostist 

Process where alcohol kills off brain cells, allowing faster brain cells to breed within the brain -actually makes you smarter.

Assmostist is similar to a Discovery Channel show, when person drinks to the point that the fast alcohol predator chases the brain cells inside the brain. The slow ones get eaten so the fast ones can survive to breed and make more brain cells.
