Some people may type: assdjdhfhgsjkshdal, ajsjdhdfshsj, agsjdslaslsdhfh, ahgsjskaldjdhg, asjdghfsa, etc. Some write it in all caps, no caps, or part caps and part no caps. Often times people may even begin it with "hahahaha" or something similar to that.
