The art of areola stimulation (the pigmented area surrounding the nipple). Specialized muscle fibers in the areola respond to stimuli and contract, causing the nipple to become erect.

Conventional areola maneuvers include: friction, tounge strokes, suction, temperature play, pinching, biting, etc.

I've been practicing my areola maneuvers.
