Anyone (usually Caribbean) on social media sites with obnoxiously long usernames, originally containing the phrase "iz wet" somewhere in there. Nowadays, it can refer to anyone with names consisting of many special characters to replace normal letters, along with a nickname. For instance, using "Ãłmîghtý" instead of "Almighty". This is often perceived as trendy by young ghetto youths who don't know any better.
