Workmannerisms 

To move one's body in a way that resembles Matt Workman. Flailing arms, thrusting the pelvis, sending a "wave of energy" through the body, or rhythmic nodding are all necessary to properly display Workmannerisms.

Damn that guy can dance. Look at those pelvic thrusts! He has all of Matt's Workmannerisms. Mattwin!

Womannerisms 

Effeminate or womanly traits and mannerisms displayed by a man. Typically found in less than masculine males but not limited there unto.
IE: Hands on hips, Using flat irons habitually, lisping, womanly sway while walking.

"Tom has his womannerisms on full blast today!"

"Man John, turn down those womannerisms or we're never getting laid!"

Masculine men may be cited for displaying Womannerisms and chastized accordingly by their friends.
