A kid may become a stoner at first cause it's his first toke and he likes it, then he slows done, and then never uses it, before heavily smoking again, and then quitting. The pattern of one's marijuana usage over time.
"Dude, I swear my weedwaves are totally spiking now that marijuana is legal and I can basically smoke whenever I want."
