Vaglidation 

Mentality of submissive or empathetically biased men (usually simps, fuckboy/pickupers/incels, whiteknights) - self-validating with, being proud of, dependent on and excessively worrying about female attention & perception of them, their own 'body count' & desirability, as well as societal validation from it (regardless of the type of relationship he's having, or his position in it).

Implies the guy has close to none filter (would sex any woman that offers) - directly proportional to it.
It's their life purpose/goal/prize, as well as their intrusive biased projections onto other men (empathy bias also prevents them from thinking otherwise).

They're often projecting this mentality at others - assuming others also have vaglidation goals - seeing everything they do or say through the lens of 'it has to be an attempt at getting laid'.

academic validation 

feeling achieved or appreciated when receiving praise in school. while it can be a good motivator, constantly seeking academic validation can become a problem mentally. this can lead to purposefully overworking yourself to feel that adrenaline rush that comes with good marks.

Mom: Why are your grades so bad?
Me: Because I seek academic validation to the point where if I can't do it perfectly the first time then there's no use in trying at all.

In this state, one need not accomplish anything oneself but can take great pride in the accomplishments of others as though they are personal accomplishments because the group is viewed a personal extension.
