A word, invented by my friends and I, that refers to a large amount of sugar in your brain. Also, It means your hyperactive, board, or trying to be annoying all caused by sugar and insanity!

Person 1: VOORT!
Person 2: GO AWAY!
Person 3: Mmm...sugar....voort!
Person 1: Yay voort!
