A term used to describe cheap or budget phones, mostly Androids, usually in a derogatory context. Termed after the wireless provider TracFone, who provides budget prepaid phones.
I saw a broke kid walking down the street with a TracFone. Slapped his phone out of his hand and watched that battery fall right out.
