One of those crazy assed people who wanders around downtown either removing phones from their cradles, or turning them upside down and replacing them.
Did that crazy mother fucker just flip that phone upside down and replace it? He must be telepsychotic, or at least very hungry. How can so many people have this random, outlandish psychotic hangup (pun intended)?
