The act of living life without watching TV much like a Vegan lives without eating meat. The purpose is to live your life to your full potential and spend the hours you would have spent watching TV actually practicing your talents, sharpening your mind with a book, or seeing friends face to face. Its generally accepted that watching the news, movies, or surfing the internet are ok to keep up with current events, culture, and your social life as long as you truely live the Anti-Sedentary life.

Abstaining to a diet consisting only of the fruit, nuts and seeds of trees, bushes plants etc. Based on Genesis 1:29. Treegans (those who practice Treeganism) don't eat green leafy plants, or the roots. The act of which kills the plant and because in Genesis 1:30, the green plant was made and intended as food for animals.
I've decided to practice treeganism because it is biblical and overall makes me feel a lot more alert and healthy!
