A swifer, or sometimes, "swifter", is a fan of the Youtube user Chimneyswift11, famous for making minecraft videos and recently, Elder Scrolls Online videos. This crowd usually contains obnoxious and uneducated 5th graders who enjoy fighting with everyone about everything.

Jim: Hey Bob, are you a swifer?
Bob: No, nobody likes swifers, they're annoying.
