1. Becoming physically ill from someone expressing ignorance.

2. Ill due to not being impressed by someones presenting know it all qualities.

"Wow he is so ignorant, I'm feeling really sophmitty from him saying that polar bears only have fur in the spring".

"I just vommited because I felt so sophmitty when you implied you have ultimate knowledge of raising cabbage beds".
