The act of making someone orgasm by "smushing" in order to make them "shush" or go the fuck to sleep.

Girl(to her friends): He wouldn't stop talking about sports, so I gave him the ol' smush shush!

Friend: You smush shushed her?

Guy: Oh yeah she totally passed out and then I didn't have to watch her stupid shows on Netflix.
