Smokesmanship

Smokesmanship is the act of having highly adequate smoking abilities.

Dick: "Well, Bob, it looks as though Harold is still waiting on the blunt be passed."

Bob: "That's right Dick, he hasn't even reached for the blunt yet. He has excellent Smokesmanship."

Or

"Laynee is an ass, she never brings any bud. She has terrible Smokesmanship"
