n - the act of sleepcrastinating; doing anything and everything within one's ability to put off sleep as long as possible.
Jason: Damn, you look dead. What happened?
Kelly: Ugh... I was sleepcrastinating hardcore last night. I got through the first two seasons of Popular Vampire Drama and read some books on faeries, but I don't remember any of it.
Jason: Your sleepcrastination has gotten outta hand, yo.

sleepcrastination 

The act of putting off going to sleep for no good reason, even though you’re completely exhausted and have to wake up early the next day. Often includes mindless scrolling, binge-watching, or doing literally anything except sleeping.
I was dead tired at 10 p.m., but somehow ended up watching conspiracy theory videos until 3 a.m. Total sleepcrastination.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
