Having the skill but lacking the will (i.e., effort necessary to required) to accomplish a task or project.
Millennials often lack the skwill required for work tasks, and constantly want to be told how to do something. Older generations would at least try to figure it out before expecting someone to show them.

When someone uses their will power and self discipline to devote themselves to practicing an art, they can develop a deeply rooted skill set. They are then able to depend on these skills as "second nature" or reflex reaction, which is faster than thinking.
