Someone who makes you laugh by doing or saying something absolutely silly and grandiose while under the influence of alcohol. This person would most likely make grand plans, exagerate their abilities, and make promises that will not be remembered the following day!

He is such a silly button! Last night he said that he could play bass and rap!
