Slang for Sheboygan. As in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Sheboygan is not affiliated with Vegas in any way.

Bob: "I'm from the Bronx, what about you" (yes it's clearly a white, non-ghetto person)

Bill: "Oh, yeah, I'm so gangsta...I'm from Shevegas"

Bob: "Right..."
