Urban legend of a spiritual entity in a cellar or basement who makes him/herself known through audio devices. Originated from Pennsylvania and has been passed down through innocent adolescents.

Jake: "Did you hear Shebifftch?!"
Mike: "Yeah, I caught it on my laptop. Freaky!"
