A person who is a complete weirdo or acts really strange. They can be young or old, but just out of the ordinary. Wearing weird clothes, saying strange things or being an outcast.

A guy wearing anime clothing and talking to himself is a sharkass.

A word to describe an act of behaviour resembling that of shack. If someone was to get a bin on there head, and start to cry, they could be described as a shackass
