Sciamachy 

English word derived from Greek roots, skia- meaning dark, shadows, machos meaning fighting. Thus, variously it means to fight shadows, fighting an unseen enemy, shadowboxing, a flurry of inexplicable movement like a fit (imagine someone fighting an invisible foe), and from that latter meaning, absurdity. It's also my online nick that I use pretty well everywhere, picked semi-randomly from my big old dictionary :-)

This war on terror is pure sciamachy: we don't know who the enemy is, we have no defined conditions of victory, and it can't be a war as such because wars are conflicts between states.

Sciamachyx 

The guy from roblox that will eventually cringe at the fact he put himself up on this very sight. He also sets himself a target that if he sees this again he will hope to either have a korblox deathspeaker pack or a valkiyre or the headless horseman package. Otherwise he will be a developer.

Scamache

A man who wears gold chains, shirts unbuttoned far too low, drives a car he can not afford and believes that all these things make him an amazing person. A scamache is extremely full of himself and generally sleazy. A pinky ring or any excessive amounts of man jewelry is a dead give away. In some areas of the country, they are referred to as a "guito".

Oh my gosh, some guy just fed me some corny line and said that if I slept with him he'd take me for a ride in his Corvette.

Ew, what a scamache.
