Noun - A meal made up of one or more dishes eaten purely for pleasure, not to satiate hunger. Sarsahe is only to be serverd after a short period of time following a main meal. Examples of food items are: leftovers, fruits and easily preparable snacks.

Etymology:
Believed to originate in central Persia during the 8th century.
