2. When software looks polished in the demo but in practice spawns dashboards, roles, and permissions so complex they need their own zip code.

• We just wanted a contact form, but it got Salesforcey and now Legal has to approve picklist values.
• What pricing model is super Salesforcey — powerful, but I’ll need a finance minor to explain it.
