So Long Fat Ass. Meant to be used in general disrespect to an idiotic and/or irritating person. Does not necessarily have to be used in reference to an overweight person. Kind of like "don't let the screen door hit you on the way out".

1) When I broke up with her it was SLFA.

2) When I gave notice It was SLFA to my supervisor.
