Someone who is pretending to be rich when they're not. They can do this either through verbal bragging, renting sports cars but pretending they own it, going into debt to buy a designer belt, among many other ways. Most commonly seen on social media such as Instagram, and also on dating apps such as Tinder where men in particular will stand in front of sports cars they don't actually own to attract women by pretending they have a modicum of financial stability.

Girl 1: I met this guy who claims he drives a Ferrari but he picked me up in a Corolla and said the Ferrari's in maintenance
