An individual who puts far more energy into resisting the efforts of others than he or she (or it) puts into his or her (or its) own life efforts, without regard for the results of those choices. Please see “the resistance”, “antifa”, “occupy” and any dead-weight life-long career bureaucrat of the democrat variety.
At this point, it's life and death for actual Americans to overcome resistwats in the streets along with the resistwats holding public office and the internet's resistwat gatekeepers.
