Person who received a sunburn while wearing sunglasses, therefore displaying a striped "mask" of pale-toned skin around the eyes.
Derived from "REVERSE RACOON", since racoons have dark toned masks around the eyes.

After fishing all day with big sunglasses on, I'm a damn RAVACOON!
