A fake cyclist. Normally fully clad in team lycra, with a medium quality bike. Psyclists can often be heard before seen, shouting chat to each other on flat easy town roads. Often found stationary taking selfies.

is a failed attempt to depict a person as a "mind reader". Most probably the combination of the word "psychiatrist" and "psychic." It is the famous saying used by Bhakti Shah as a result of sleep deprivation and excessive g-chatting while studying.

Somebody who discriminates against people with mental health conditions.

If you have a hate or disliking towards the people of the mental health community, you are considered a psychist.
