A fake cyclist. Normally fully clad in team lycra, with a medium quality bike. Psyclists can often be heard before seen, shouting chat to each other on flat easy town roads. Often found stationary taking selfies.

A fat special needs man who dresses in all the cycling gear and rides a 30 year old Raleigh bike around his local streets just so he can scream at motorists and pedestrians without being sectioned.
