They speak loudly into blackberries and text using offensive emojis like knives and or the fiesta dancing lady. Portuiguidos take offense against those who do not know their true identity. They loved slicked pony tails and studded fashion. Who really are portuiguidos? No one is certain. All we are certain is that their mysterious lurking in society has become offensive.
