1. Instantaneous time period were bust of internet traffic and congestion is caused by people simultaneously searching the internet for pornography.

2. A mass arrival of sexually prime members of the opposite sex.

We had problems surfing the net last night as there was a massive Poon Storm around 10PM EST.
