a term used to describe something (or, alternatively, someone) who is light and fluffy.

Person 1: "Wow, you have a very pomple rabbit!"
Person 2: "Thank you, I feed him well."

alternatively,

Person 1: "Wow, your rabbit is very pomply!"
Person 2: "While I appreciate you complimenting my show animals, you need to chill out on the obscure words. It's kind of weird.."
Person 1: "Time isn;t real let me say what I want?"
