This word stems from Bruce Jenners excessive plastic surgery, making him the least attractive in the reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Person B: Delete it.
Person A: Why? You weren't blurry or anything.
Person B: Yeah, but I'm so photogeneric there. I didn't even smile.

2) The subject neither is notably photogenic or particulary fugly.
