1. An expression used when one has used drugs in excess the previous night, after having promised not to do so.

2. Expression used after continuing behaviour one is trying to terminate.

1. John: you look like shit Shane!
Shane: Yeah, well Phloops i did it again....

2. Bfa: your smoking again!?
Bfb: oohhh Phloops!
