A good looking person that you are attracted to that usually has no idea that you exist. Can be used to describe both male and female.

A guy and his friend are sitting in class when the hot girl walks in. His friend will say: "Hey your pervbuddy just walked in."

A boss who searches for young females and offers them jobs so he can control them and make them feel indebted.

He thought she should be indebted, do anything he wanted, and protect him even when he is wrong because he is a pervbullyboss.
