The act of telling your "bro" that you are lifting weights or "pumping iron". or telling a none female acquaintance that you are about to hit up the gym and shred some plates.

Caller B: Aight man I know you eat 45 pound plates for breakfast hit me up later.

Pawnpusher

A derogatory term for someone who, as a legal citizen, advocates for keeping illegal immigrants undocumented to suppress labor wages, not realizing they’re being manipulated by exploitative employers.

The pawnpushers at the town hall shouted about open borders, clueless that they’re just helping corporations keep wages dirt cheap.
