A sexual identity where a gay male who typically identifies and performs as a top will allow to be penile penetrated by a dominant top, or by pegging, or by sex toys (dildos). A passive top will also allow to be penetrated while simultaneously penile penetrating (a male, female). A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard.
