PENOC is an abbreviation for "problem exists, not on computer." This is a modification of the classic acronym "PEBCAK" that is a bit less offensive to the person you are referring to, or at least a bit more ambiguous. It implies that the end user is probably the source of the problem, without blatantly blaming them, but affirms that there is no hardware or software related issue occurring.
I checked all the hardware on this workstation and it all checks out, must be a PENOC error.

"Free DLC" is code for "pedocaches(crammed with microtransactions)"
pedocache by Artificial Deity September 17, 2018
A portmanteau of pedophile and conservative, used to refer to a member of the Republican party.
It's not just Roy Moore, Matt Gaetz, Dennis Hastert, Donald Trump, Mark Foley, Jim Jordan. All Republicans are pedocons, motivated primarily by the desire to molest children.

Penceworld

A backup plan, waiting in the White House wings, also elitist and divisive but appearing moderate and polite.
American nightmares are fueled by the prospect of Penceworld, a dark and terrifying political climate with no separation between church and state.

Pence Face

n. A facial expression held, often for extended periods of time, by someone experiencing intense pleasure approaching ecstatic adoration; such pleasure derived, however, not from the contemplation of the beloved, but the activation of a remotely controlled vibrator located in the wearer’s rectum or vagina.
Ex. Mike caught a big break and was able to maintain his Pence Face during Donald’s entire speech thanks to Devin’s deft control of the Mike's anal vibrator.

Pencil and Sharpener theory

The lock and key theory can finally be disproved. The lock and key theory states that "A key that opens many locks is a master key, yet a lock that can be opened by many keys is a useless lock" The counter theory, the pencil and sharpener theory states that "a pencil that is sharpened by a lot of sharpeners becomes a useless stub/pencil while a sharpener that sharpens a lot of pencils is a good pencil sharpener" This theory is rarely favoured by males... for some reason.

Are you curious to know how this proof was derived? if YES, Click on Alt + F4 (on windows) and ⌘ + Shift + W (on a mac)
The pencil and sharpener theory is mostly used to shut a boy up when he brings up the lock and key theory. Works everytime

Mike Pence rule

A rule stating that men should never put themselves in a situation where they can be falsely accused of rape, sexual assault, or fraternization. The rule is named after Mike Pence, the 48th vice president of the United States.

In 2002, Mike Pence told the Hill that he never eats alone with a woman other than his wife and that he won’t attend events featuring alcohol without her by his side.

This rule gained widespread popularity after the #MeToo witch trials of 2017. Proving innocence is often difficult or impossible, so the easiest way to avoid false accusations is to avoid women altogether.
Due to the Mike Pence rule, I can't mentor any of my female coworkers.
